In a ceremony on June 1, 2013, Colonel (COL) Keith A. Klemmer was promoted to the rank of Brigadier General and officially assumed the role of Deputy Adjutant General of the Arkansas National Guard. In his remarks Brig. Gen. Klemmer provided junior Soldiers with some advice.
