Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion 6, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, based out of Camp Lejeune, N.C., Conducted a live-fire exercise from armored vehicles as part of the unit’s pre-deployment training during the Integrated Training Exercise at Twentynine Palms, N.C., May 8, 2013. The training included realistic combat shooting on various targets at unknown distances. The training is designed to hone the Marines’ abilities to rapidly engage targets from a vehicle.
