Lead: The 1st Theater Sustainment Command is tasked with operational sustainment support for the CENTCOM area of responsibility, but according to the 1TSC commander, the primary emphasis today, is the ongoing retrograde in Afghanistan.  Tag: Some 26,000 pieces of equipment have been retrograded from Afghanistan since last june. 

Lead:  The retrograde mission in Afghanistan is historical and huge. Some 50,000 pieces of equipment need to leave the theater by the end of 2014.  Gail McCabe caught up with the 1TSC Commander, who says it's overwhelming but it will be done.
