CSM Retired Diane E. Williams from Port Arthur Texas. The month of March is set aside for Womens History to honor women and their many contributions. Sgt Kerry Collier takes us to Fort Bliss, Tx for this special event. Womens History Month had its orgins as a national celebration in 1981. in March 1987 Congress extended the celebration for one entire month.
