The Alaska National Guard recently kicked off the Iron Dog Snowmobile Race. The Alaska Guard has been the lead sponsor for the last five years for what is billed as the “world’s longest and toughest” snowmobile race. This year two of their own are taking on the over 2,000 mile race. Story by SGT Belinda O’Neal.
