Armed Forces of the Philippines Service members partnered with U.S Marines assigned to Marine Wing Support Squadron 172 conduct an Engineering Civil Assistance Program as part of Amphibious Exercise 2013 (PHIBLEX 2013) in San Narciso, Zambales, Republic of the Philippines, Sept. 11, 2012. PHIBLEX 2013 is a bilateral training exercise hosted annually in the Republic of the Philippines to enhance interoperability and readiness of Philippine and U.S. forces by conducting a series of training exercises to include engineer civic assistance projects.
