The Coast Guard honored the crew of Coast Guard 6535 during a ceremony at Coast Guard Air Station Elizabeth City, N.C., Friday. On Feb. 28, 2012, the Coast Guard MH-65 Dolphin helicopter 6535 went down in Mobile Bay, Ala., during a training flight, which claimed the lives of Lt. Cmdr. Dale Taylor, Lt. j.g. Thomas Cameron, Chief Petty Officer Fernando Jorge and Petty Officer 3rd Class Andrew Knight. The ceremony unveiled the addition of the crew's names to the U.S. Coast Guard Aviation Memorial.
