He met with leaders from Minnesota’s Army: National Guard, Reserves and Corp. of Engineers. He met Gen.(ret) John Vessey Jr. also awarded the Soldiers Medal to three 1st Brigade Combat Unit, 34th Infantry Division Soldiers for actions on their recent deployment to Iraq and Kuwait.
