Integrating with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit's Battalion Landing Team, soldiers with 1st Company, 51st Infantry Regiment, 15th Brigade, Western Army, Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force conducted an amphibious raid exercise alongside their Company F., BLT 2/1 brethren here in Guam. The training evolution was part of the JGSDF's integration period with the MEU during the Marines' Fall Patrol deployment throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Soundbites from Lance Cpl.
