Members of NORAD and USNORTHCOM watch as Don Addy, Chairman of the Colorado 30 Group and Army Maj. Gen. Charles Luckey, NORAD and USNORTHCOM Chief of Staff, lay a wreath at the headquarters 9/11 Memorial Sept. 11, 2012. The wreath-laying is followed by a benediction from Canadian Forces Chaplain Padre (LCDR) Bonita Mason. Every year, the NORAD and USNORTHCOM staff remembers the victims of the 9/11 attacks with a ceremony commemorating their sacrifice. Also available in high definition
