This morning there was a suicide attack here in Kabul. A young teenager on a motorcycle killed himself and a couple of Afghan innocent civilians. It's a clear sign that the insurgency is not caring at all about the civilian population and they're misusing teenagers for their brutal attacks. ISAF condemns this brutal attack on the innocent civilians who died during this attack. Our hearts and prayers go with the families and friends of those who died this morning here in Kabul.
