Retired Marine returns to his military family as a civilian contractor after break in service. The infantry and force reconnaissance Marine also raced with the U.S. Armed Forces Cycling Team in the late 1990's. His daily exercise routine involves riding a mountain bike around the inside of a small forward operating base in Afghanistan to stay in shape.
