The North Dakota National Guard 81st Civil Support Team, Fargo-Moorhead Hazmat, North Dakota Air National Guard emergency management and fire department conducted a no-notice emergency response exercise Aug. 22, 2012 at the North Dakota Air National Guard Regional Training Site, Fargo, N.D.
