Human Resource units made up of Army Reservists, National Guard, and Active Duty components got a chance to train for theater specific operations at the Army Forces Command "Silver Scimitar" held at Fort Devens, Massachusetts. "Silver Scimitar" is a multi-echelon, collective training exercise that allows Soldiers to setup, and run a Department of Defense Postal Service, just as they would during a deployment.
