TSgt Toby Vice, is the NCOIC of the Aircrew Flight Equipment Shop of the 157th Fighter Squardron from McEntire Joint National Guard Base South Carolina. His job is to test all the gear the pilots need during their flight missions, and also survival gear in case there is an emergency.
