US Army Japan Command Sergeant Major James Norman discusses the Japan Ground Self Defense Force Non Commissioned Officer Corps, their training, development, and what the future holds. CSM Norman works closely with the USARJ Co-op program, where JGSDF Members work with and are mentored by USARJ Soldiers. CSM Norman advises JGSDF Leaders on how Japan is training their NCOs and how the NCO Corps are used. Also available in high definition.

During Bi-Lateral training exercise Yama Sakura members from both armies took time to help clean up at a local park.
