Members of the All Guard Marksmanship Team compete against marksman from other services in the Inter-Service Ten Man Team Match. The Ten Man Team Match consists of 10 shooters firing 50 shots each. Marksmen have 10 minutes to fire ten shots and 60 seconds to fire 10 shots (rapid fire) from the 200 yard line. They then have 70 seconds to fire 10 shots from the 300 yard line. then finally competitors have 20 minutes to fire twenty rounds from the 600 yard line. Marksmanship competitions allow servicemembers to improve their skills and take the skills with them to their units to help coach other servicemembers. Location: Quantico Marine Corps Base, Va.
