Members of the West Virginia National Guard load FEMA meals into West Virgina National Guard vehicles for deliver to affecting counties in West Virginia after a storm left most of the state without power. Approximately 63 generators have been distributed across the state along with 320 vehicles, 788,949 gallons of water and 396,000 meals. These items have been shipped to emergency operations centers across the state for local residents impacted by power and water outages. In addition to delivering fuel, generators and water, approximately 100 Health and Wellness teams are going door-to-door in communities checking on West Virginia's citizens and identifying what their needs are.
