International Security Assistance Force soldiers from 615th Civil Affairs Team and Zabul Agribusiness Development Team conduct a joint patrol with Afghan uniformed policemen and Afghan National Army soldiers as they escort the Mizan district governor Zarif to a local village for a shura.
