The Idaho Air National Guard’s 124th Air Support Operations Squadron conducted their annual training in the mountains of central Idaho as part of Operation Monarch Fury II. Tactical Air Control Party members provided close air support, guiding A-10 Thunderbolt IIs from the 124th Fighter Wing and AH-64 Apaches from the 1-183rd. Story by Staff Sgt. Bob Barney.
