B-Roll of opening ceremony at BAE12. The ceremony was at Fort Thanarat, Thailand, which hosted members of the Washington Army National Guard and other U.S. service members for the exercise. The goal of the exercise is to strengthen army-to-army ties between the U.S. and Thailand. Training will include humanitarian and disaster relief mission preparation, combat life saver and blast injury training, counter-IED, infantry tactics, search and rescue, and other areas.
