Rally Point 32 is the new Chief of the Army Reserve's way forward for his command. It provides Lt. Gen. Jeffrey Talley's strategic guidance and direction on Army Reserve Affairs. As CAR, he is dual hatted and also serves as the Commanding General, U.S. Army Reserve Command, at the operational level commanding all Army Reserve troop program units worldwide. His force of 205,000 Soldiers and over 12,000 Civilians execute his intent: to sustain a high-quality, all-volunteer, operational Army Reserve for Army and Joint Force missions at home and abroad. Soldiers, leaders, and units couple vital military capabilities with civilian-acquired skills to provide strategic depth across the full range of military operations. This production provides not only his intent, but his strategic priorities for the Army Reserve's road ahead from at the start of his time in command. Rally Point 32 provides the initiative and basic direction for the Army Reserve's primary mission: to support the Army. Also available in high definition
