U.S. Marines with the 1st Reconnaissance Battalion conduct a narcotics and weapons raid in the Khash district, Helmand province. After completing their mission to disrupt the selling and distribution of contraband throughout Afghanistan. The 1st Reconnaisance Battalion were extracted by an M-22B Osprey and returned to Camp Leatherneck. Photos by Marcus Kulper. Produced by Senior Airman Monique Benedict.
