This video production provides an overview of the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit doing community service at the Raintree House group home for girls during Navy Week in New Orleans, La., April 20, 2012. Starting this April and continuing through 2015, the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and U.S. Coast Guard will commemorate the Bicentennial of the War of 1812 and the Star Spangled Banner. The War of 1812 celebration will commemorate Naval history and showcase the capabilities of today’s Navy-Marine Corps team. Narration by Capt. C. Faith Zimmerman. Produced by Lance Cpl.
