B-roll of the U.S. Forces-Afghanistan St. Barbara's Day Observance held on New Kabul, Compound, Kabul, Afghanistan, Dec. 3. The event was attended by Air Defense Artillery and Field Artillery servicemembers from through the area, as well as foreign service gunners and support personnel. During the dinner and ceremony, officiated by Brig. Gen. Ross Ridge, commander, Task Force 2010 (and a former gunner), participants made and shared the traditional -- though non-alcoholic -- grog, and new members were inducted in to the Ancient Order of St. Barbara (1 inductee) and Honorable Order of St. Barbara (3). Twenty nine support service members and civilians were named as neophyte gunners during the ceremony. Event MC'd by Col. Terry Ivester, deputy commander, Task Force 2010.
