Some service men and women are lucky to find their calling in life. One Kentucky Chaplain found it twice and is helping new Soldiers transform their lives. Swisher joined the U.S. Army Chaplains Corps after intercession by the Kentucky Congressional Delegation (U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell, U.S. Rep. Brett Guthrie and U.S. Rep. Ed Whitfield).
