More than 4,000 homes were damaged and 11,000 people were displaced after historic flooding along the Souris River this summer. The Corps has removed more than 61,000 tons of debris from homes and has removed temporary levees that were built during the flood fight. The removed debris would fill a football field 10 stories high. Soundbites from Barry Sullivan. Produced by Patrick Moes. Also available in high definition.
