Soldiers from the 155th Engineer Company construct a medical clinic in Alkmaar ,Suriname as part of New Horizons 2011. New Horizons is a cooperative effort between the Suriname Government and the United States Southern Command that provides training opportunities to Suriname and U.S. military while helping to improve the quality of life for the people of Suriname.
