Minnesota National Guard Soldiers of 2nd Combined Arms Battalion, 136th Infantry, 34th Red Bull Infantry Division and local authorities perform a evacuation drill in Oslo, MN. The city for the third consecutive year is cut off from mainland MN and is essentially transformed into a temporary island. Lt. Michael W. Bischeri and Staff Sgt. Vaughn N. Langus, 2nd Combined Arms Battalion, 136th Infantry, 34th Red Bull Infantry Division talks about the Evactuation Drill in Olso, Minnesota during the floods of 2011. During the floods the town could only be accessed by military vehicles or boats.
