Quick Reaction Force flood drill prepares participants for an emergency. Members of the Minnesota National Guard (MNNG) and local authorities work together to repair a simulated levee break on the Red River. The drill was a success with all agencies working fluidly together responding in 12 minutes. Includes sound bites from Lt. Col. Mark G. Wiens, Battalion Commander, and Command Sgt. Maj. Maj., 2-136 INF (CAB), 34th Infantry Division, about the mission of supporting the local authorities during the QRF training exercise ad the Red River Valley flooding.
