Quick Reaction Force flood drill prepares participants for an emergency. Members of the Minnesota National Guard (MNNG) and local authorities work together to repair a simulated levee break on the Red River. The drill was a success with all agencies working fluidly together responding in 12 minutes. Includes sound bites from Lt. Col. Mark G. Wiens, Battalion Commander, and Command Sgt. Maj.
