A team of U.S. Army explosive ordnance disposal experts from the 702nd EOD Company, 18th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, are in Tallinn, Estonia to certify and train the Estonian rescue board on equipment the U.S. State Department is providing to the Estonians as part of the weapons removal and abatement program. 21st Theater Sustainment Command’s Jerry Bryza has more.
