4th Expeditionary Sustainment Command arrives at Kandahar Airfield The U.S. Army Reserve’s 4th Expeditionary Sustainment Command arrived at Kandahar Airfield July 7, 2011. The 4th Expeditionary Sustainment Command and its subordinate units will provide logistical support for the entire Afghanistan theater of operations.
