Security agreement advances Emergency Response Brigade mission

ISOF's 1st Brigade focuses on human rights
 "The inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world." These hollowed words from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights ratified by the United Nations in 1948 echoed through a hallway filled with Soldiers from the Iraqi Special Operation Force's 1st Brigade on Aug. 13.
