The 1st Battalion, 362nd Air Defense Artillery Regiment, “Renegades,” 5th Armored Brigade is engaged in a very unique and specialized training mission. This summer, soldiers from the battalion have been at Fort Sill, Okla., to train and support the 1-204th Air Defense Artillery Battalion, Mississippi Army National Guard, and also just returned from a training mission in Ohio with the 2-174th Air Defense Artillery Battalion of the Ohio Army National Guard and the 2-263rd Air Defense Artillery Battalion of the South Carolina Army National Guard.
