News StoriesThe Los Angeles Film School hosts Veterans Day gala The Los Angeles Film School will be holding their Veterans Day tribute to their student base of over 300 Combat Veterans this year at the Avalon Theatre and its adjacent Bardot Club in Hollywood. Award-winning filmmakers and photographers mentor Airmen From the moment he was introduced, Reuben Aaronson took his captive audience on an incredible narrative journey. It began in the jungles of the Amazon, where a small animal, the Agouti, is responsible for the growth of the Brazil Nut Tree, and ended with the last great gondola builder in Venice. All ears listened with anticipation as he spoke. 4th Combat Camera photographer medically retires, awaits new heart Staff Sgt. Jorge Rodriguez didn't want to retire from the Air Force. But on Aug. 21 he did, in a ceremony with the 4th Combat Camera Squadron, where he served as a photographer for 10 years.
