Virginia National Guard Soldiers produce praise and worship at Camp Patriot
 While the Soldiers of Company D, 3rd Battalion, 116th Infantry Regiment, Virginia National Guard, were melting wearing their body armor in the 110-degree heat at Camp Shelby, Miss., this summer, one of the running jokes within the headquarters section was the creation of a unit band.

A Family that deploys together, stays together
 Military personnel deploy and have to leave their loved ones behind in the States all the time. It is a common occurrence these days. The Bridwells however, both deployed at the same time; each headed to a different country in the Middle East.

 Training is not anything new to Soldiers. It’s something they do almost everyday, but when you are training a whole other army, that’s totally different than your average grenade throwing, rifle marksmanship, driving your Humvee day.
