Spc. Ronald St. Louis, a 22-year-old Soldier from Mount Vernon, N.Y., serving with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 7th Engineer Battalion, became a citizen, Feb. 15, at Al Faw Palace, Camp Victory, Baghdad.
