Images | Pre-Warrior Leaders Course in Iraq

The graduating class of the 260th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion's Pre-Warrior Leadership Course. The class graduated in late October. The course was started during a deployment in 2007 by Command Sgt. Maj. Dwight H. Williams, a Baltimore, Md., native, who is the senior enlisted advisor for the 260th CSSB. Williams named the course after Staff Sgt. William J. Bearsley, who lost his life during that same deployment. | http://www.dvidshub.net/?script=images/images_gallery.php&action=viewimage&fid=223802

News Story | Pre-Warrior Leaders Course in Iraq

When the words 'Warrior University' are heard, one of first things that might come to mind is an intense combat basic training school. But around the 260th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion from Hunter Army Airfield, Ga., it means leadership, integrity and duty as Soldiers are preparing to be better leaders as they attend the William J. Bearsley Pre-Warrior Leaders Course. | http://www.dvidshub.net/?script=news/news_show.php&id=41618

Images | Accomplish the mission through teamwork

Spc. Christopher Murray from Port Byron, N.Y., and Spc. Demetrick Woods from Baltimore Md., both with the 21st Cargo Transfer Company, 620th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 96th Sustainment Brigade, show that working together is the best way to accomplish a mission. By practicing teamwork, these mechanics were able to repair vehicles in less than half of the time it would have taken one Soldier working alone. Murray and Woods worked together to ensure that the vehicles were up to standard for the next unit coming in to replace the 21st CTC. Their teamwork and dedication to duty are setting the incoming unit up for success. By combining their efforts, these Soldiers are an example of what teamwork should be and what it can accomplish.
