Michael Bobb, top enlisted leader of the 1st "Raider" BCT, during an awards presentation, June 2, at the brigade headquarters. Bobb served as the command sergeant major for the Raider BCT for approximately 30 months and will assume responsibility of Fort Hood's Operational Test Command. Bobb's wife, Divina, also received an award for volunteerism during the ceremony. Soldiers from the "Renegades" Detachment donated approximately $1,500 during the drive, which runs from March 1 to May 15. AER helps Soldiers and family members with no-interest loans or grants during times of emergency financial need and live by the motto "Helping the Army take care of its own."
