The New York National Guard carried out New York Governor Andrew Cuomo's 'Labor For Your Neighbor' initiative September 4-5, 2011. Gov. Cuomo initiated the volunteer program to assist in clean-up operations on-going in areas of New York most affected by Hurricane and Tropical Storm Irene.
