124th Fighter Wing 'Monarch Fury" results encouraging.
After intense scrutiny during December’s Unit Training Assembly the 124th Maintenance Group announced an overall strong passing grade to Exercise Monarch Fury. During this Operational Readiness Exercise, the group prepared for all the demands of combat preparation they can expect during the 124th Fighter Wing’s Operational Readiness Inspection re-take during April UTA.

The Professional Firefighters of Idaho recognized the Gowen Field Fire Department as its most generous member at their annual conference earlier this month. They honored the department for raising the "Most Dollars Raised per Member" on behalf of the Muscular Dystrophy Association's 2010 "Fill the Boot" event. According to the MDA, the department rated as 16th best in the nation.
