[3] U.S., Iraqi engineers clean up on first joint route sanitation mission
Army engineers from earth moving (EM) platoon, Company A, 46th Engineer Combat Battalion (Heavy), and the 6th Iraqi Army, executed their first joint route sanitation mission just a few days after the new year and the institution of the new Security Agreement which puts Iraqis in the lead of all projects being conducted in Iraq. While deployed, the 46th ECB (H) is attached to the 926th Engineer Brigade, Multi-National Division-Baghdad.

[3] 890th Engineer Battalion, 6th Iraqi army Division combine efforts in joint mission
No matter what time a mission is scheduled to start, Soldiers must be prepared for the task which lies ahead of them. Often, this entails a few hours of mission preparation and a quick meal, which is followed by a mission brief. The brief prepares the Soldiers by providing them information on recent significant activities in their operational environment.

With the end of the deployment for 890th Engineer Battalion in the near future, Soldiers gathered for an awards ceremony as the first of the individual ready reserve Soldiers, who had joined the team for the deployment, set the initial stage for the 890th Engineer Battalion as it prepares for it's redeployment to its home station.

As a child, a Multi-National Division Soldier had always been an animal lover. She gladly took care of cats and horses raised by her family. At a young age, she even volunteered at a local stray animal clinic alongside her mother and brother.
