Southern Views is published monthly by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Gulf Region South (USACEGRS). The USACEGRS command oversees all of the Iraqi Reconstruction Projects in the Southern portion of Iraq, covering an area of responsibility the size of Wisconsin.
