BRANSON, Mo. - Repairs have been completed at Old Highway 86 Park at Table Rock Lake. Picnic areas, day use facilities, and the boat launch ramp are now open.

The work repaired damage caused by flooding in 2011. In 2012, the Corps of Engineers received flood supplemental funding to repair parks that suffered extensive damage.

The park is now being operated through a partnership between the Army Corps of Engineers and the Ozarks Rivers Heritage Foundation. Campsites and a group pavilion are available for making reservations for the 2013 recreation season.

If you like planning ahead, it’s not too early to start making plans for next year. The 2013 camping season begins April 1.

Reservations can be made up to 180 days in advance by calling the National Recreation Reservation Service at 1-877-444-6777 or visiting the website at www.recreation.gov.

Please note when making a reservation, campsite numbers have changed because of the addition of six new campsites. The only campsite numbers that remained the same are sites 1-8.
