FORT LEE, Va. - The Best Warrior Competition Staff Sgt. Aaron Butler arrives for the NCO board with his mentor Sgt. 1st Class Joe Degel.
The board is the first event and is presided over by Sgt. Maj. of the Army Kenneth O. Preston.
The competition brings the best Soldiers together from across all branches of the Army. Butler is a member of the United States Army Reserve Medical Command in the 4225 United States Army Hospital, Helena, Mont.
