KABUL, Afghanistan – Marine Gen. John R. Allen, commander of the International Security Assistance Force and U.S. Forces-Afghanistan, led a Memorial Day ceremony at ISAF headquarters on Monday, March 28, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. Members of the NATO coalition at the observance joined to honor the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. Armed Forces.
