News: Deploying 76th IBCT commander available for interviews

INDIANAPOLIS - Col. Gerald Hadley, commander of the 76th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Indiana National Guard, will be available to the media for interviews concerning the pending deployment of approximately 70 soldiers of the Headquarters and Headquarters Company.
The unit is scheduled to deploy in February of 2012 as the command and control element of a multi-national force in support of security and reconstruction efforts in Afghanistan as part of Operation Enduring Freedom.
Col. Hadley has previously deployed to Afghanistan and Iraq, most recently as commander of the 293rd Infantry Battalion, a major element of the 76th IBCT's historic deployment to Iraq in 2008.
