News: ISAF investigates shooting incident in southern Afghanistan

KABUL, Afghanistan – An individual wearing an Afghan National Army uniform turned his weapon against an International Security Assistance Force service member in southern Afghanistan today, killing the service member.

The incident is under investigation.

It is ISAF policy to defer casualty identification procedures to the relevant national authorities.
