CAMP AL ASAD, Iraq — On Aug. 6, Spc. Jeremiah Moore, a Soldier with the 62nd Transportation Company, 751st Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 10th Sustainment Brigade earned the title of Brigade Soldier of the Quarter for 4th Quarter Fiscal Year 2009.

Through three days of tough competition Spc. Moore competed in several events to include a 10K ruck march, Army Physical Fitness Test, Army Warrior Tasks and Drills, a mystery event and a formal Board which included a Power Point Presentation to the board on the topic of Mobile Satellite Target Acquisition Radar System. Spc. Moore excelled in all events, and in the end, won the board. Moore shows that with hard work and dedication to duty there is no limit to what can be achieved. "Spc. Moore is a well rounded, outstanding Soldier, not only for showing his willingness to grow in his leadership but also because of the effort he puts forth in completing daily missions. This is a good stepping stone to prepare him for the next level in his career," said Capt. Joseph Taylor, the company commander for the 62nd Trans. Co.
