MINNEAPOLIS - Drayton Carlberg, an Defensive Tackle living in Minneapolis, MN and attending De La Salle High School, one of the top high school athletes, will take his talents to Carson, Calif., after being invited to play in the 4th Annual Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl at StubHub Center, Carson, Calif., Jan. 4, 2015.
The United States Marine Corps is recognizing exemplary student athletes across the country through the Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl. Now in its fourth year, the game will feature approximately 100 student athletes selected from across the country based on their athletic prowess, academic success and embodiment of the Marine Corps values of honor, courage and commitment.
Carlberg is the only student from Minnesota who was selected to play in the Semper Fi All American Bowl this year.
Through the Semper Fidelis Football Program, the Marine Corps engages with well-rounded student athletes to share leadership lessons that will enable future success.
Carlberg will be recognized at a local jersey presentation at De La Salle High School, November 10 at 4 p.m.
